Jenő Hubay and Ferenc Liszt's Academy of Music
In their common venture, the "Liszt Ferenc Memorial Museum" and the Institute for Musicology of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences wish to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the birth of the brilliant Hungarian violinist and composer.
The exhibition focuses on the close ties that existed between Hubay and Liszt, on Hubay's activity as professor and director, and on the world-famous Hubay violin school of the Academy of Music.
